What do I need to do if I am moving, have a new telephone number or a new email address?
Please email, or write to us to let us know of the change. You should include your agreement number and current address post code in your communication. There is no charge for this service.
I have changed my bank account, what do you need from me?
Please send an original signed Direct Debit Mandate form which is available from firstname.lastname@example.org.The form needs to be sent to our office address in Staines-upon-Thames.
I have changed my name, what do I need to do?

What do I need to do to obtain a statement of account, settlement figure or a copy of my agreement?
Please email, or write to us. You should include your agreement number, post code, rental amount and the sort code used for payments. There is no charge for this service.
Why is my rental more than usual this month?
There are a number of reasons why a rental may be more than the usual amount, this may be due to the documentation fee being charged at the beginning of your agreement, our annual administration fee being taken, or an option to purchase fee at the end of your agreement. Your Introducer will have explained these fees to you before you signed the agreement.
What do I do if I cannot afford my rentals?
Please email our Financial Solutions team firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on (+) 44 (0) 203 514 5989 and we will talk to you about your payment schedule. It’s really important that you contact us as soon as you start to have difficulties with your payment so that we can do all we can to help you.
Can I refinance my balloon rental?
Please contact your Introducer for any balloon refinance requests.
Can I make a lump sum payment?
Depending on the product, you may make a lump sum payment to a maximum of £8,000. Your rental payments will remain the same, however making lump sum payments will reduce the term of your agreement. Please contact us by phone or email with your agreement number, post code, rental amount and the sort code used for payments.
Can I ask you to discuss my agreement with somebody else?

If I’d like to finance a new piece of equipment, or refinance some existing equipment, can I deal with Bandenia Business Finance directly?
No. We provide all of our financial arrangements via Introducers. Please contact your original introducer for any future requirements or contact us at email@example.com and we’ll provide you with a number of Introducers in your local area.
What do I do if I want to cancel my agreement?
None of our agreements are cancellable. You may have a right to withdraw depending on the product you have chosen. Please check the terms of your agreement or call us on (+) 44 (0) 203 514 5917.
I have put a cherished plate on my vehicle. What do I need to do?
Please email, or write to us to let us know of the change. You should include your agreement number, post code, rental amount and the sort code used for payments. There is no charge for this service.
What happens if my asset has been involved in an accident?

Can I take my car abroad?
Yes for up to 21 consecutive days at a time in the European Union
